Hi, I’m Tai. I’m a neurodivergent, queer, non-binary therapist living with chronic illness and visual impairment. I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to grow up feeling alone, unseen, and unsure if anyone truly understands you. Many of the people I work with have spent years feeling like they had to hide parts of themselves to feel safe—whether that’s related to their identity, their body, or the way their mind works. You might be used to being misunderstood, overlooked, or even feeling like you have to explain or justify your experiences just to be taken seriously.
I specialize in working with individuals impacted by trauma and marginalization, including experiences related to racism, ableism, homophobia, transphobia, and neurodivergence. If you’ve ever felt invisible—or like you don’t fully belong even in spaces that are supposed to feel safe—you’re not alone in that.
In our work together, you won’t have to shrink yourself or educate me about who you are. Your identity and lived experience are not side notes here—they are central. I aim to create a space where you can show up fully, process what you’ve been carrying, and begin to feel more grounded, understood, and connected.
