The stories we’re told—and the ones we tell ourselves—shape how we see the world and our place in it. Oftentimes, these stories can feel limiting and don’t reflect our true potential or experiences. As a queer and neurodivergent person, I understand the importance of finding a therapist who is affirming of your experiences individually and in community. I offer a space where you are encouraged to slow down and express your authentic self without judgment.

I support folks with anxiety, grief, trauma, neurodivergence-related challenges, communication in relationships, and more. Whether you have a clear idea of what you’d like to focus on in therapy or feel uncertain where to start, we can work together to find what feels right for you.

Therapy doesn’t have to mean revisiting everything painful. It's ultimately a space to feel supported and heard, focusing on what matters most to you. If you think we might be a good fit, reach out for a free consult
