Your free 15 minute consultation with a therapist from our team is your chance to get a feel for the therapist to see if they seem like a good fit and ask about any questions you may have. The therapist will also gather information from you about the primary reason you’re seeking therapy to make sure the reasons are a good fit for their expertise and experience. Additionally, they will confirm that your availability is compatible with their schedule, that we accept your insurance and/or payment method, if you are familiar with the therapeutic process and what to expect, etc. The therapist will help guide this process.
